FAQ

Will I only drink the juices provided to me for the cleanse? YES!

Can I drink coffee while cleansing? NO! Coffee is acidic and caffeine is a toxic substance. We want to remove toxins and cleanse the body during this time so coffee is counterproductive.

Can I drink tea while cleansing? YES. As long as it is caffeine free.

Can I eat while cleansing? NO! For you to get the best results from your cleanse, you must abstain from eating any food.

Will I gain energy? YES! You will feel your body detoxing heavily the first day or two. As a byproduct of stopping your digestion, you will gain lots of energy.

Should I drink my juices in order? No! You just need to drink your juices whenever you feel hungry (every few hours). Make sure to drink your last juice 2 hours before bedtime.
